2. Appointments & Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are welcome and are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or canceled if necessary.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling depending on availability.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request advance notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Iris Nails reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including emergencies or staffing issues.

4. Pricing & Payments

All service prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing may vary depending on nail length, design complexity, or additional services requested.
Payment is due immediately after services are completed. We accept cash and other payment methods available at the salon.

5. Satisfaction Policy

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify our staff before leaving the salon so we can attempt to address your concern.
Refunds are not provided once services have been completed. Corrections or adjustments may be offered at management’s discretion.

6. Health & Safety

Clients must inform staff of any allergies, medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or injuries prior to receiving services.
Iris Nails is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions. We follow strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment.

7. Personal Belongings

Iris Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while on the premises. Please keep all valuables with you at all times.

8. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Promotions, discounts, and special offers may have specific terms, conditions, or expiration dates and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Iris Nails website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Iris Nails and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
